Welcome!

Drema Yoga is just that, Yoga as I know it.  It is a way of life.  Through much introspection and observation of what has helped me most, I have developed my own personal style of yoga. This includes the general understanding of yoga, as in a “yoga class,” as well as, nourishment to promote healing.

Centered Wellness is my approach at restoring the Body's natural state, as well as, maintaining the body's natural state of health.  First, through a series of investigations, I will identify the stress your body is under. This stress could be caused by structural, emotional, and/or nutritional-what you are or are not putting in the body.  Next, we will work together to come up with a plan of action to support the body during this time of stress.   Health can then naturally occur.  

It is this knowledge that has deeply affected my life which I would like to share with you.

Believe it or not, we are approaching Springtime.  I have been catching glimpses of it in the air, haven't you?  I mean, they were momentary don't get me wrong, but we can rest assure it's coming.  With our last few days of winter in sight it is a great time to hunker down, go inward, work on strengthening your legs, establishing a good healthy eating plan and boosting your immune system.  This transitional time of Winter to Spring can be a challenging one for body, mind and personality.  When we have done the winter work of strengthening the foundation we find that we soar into Spring with ease.
