Welcome!

Drema Yoga is just that, Yoga as I know it.  It is a way of life.  Through much introspection and observation of what has helped me most, I have developed my own personal style of yoga. This includes the general understanding of yoga, as in a “yoga class,” as well as, nourishment to promote healing.  My Centered Wellness Approach is based on restoring the Body's natural state by finding and removing the stress the body is under.  This stress could be caused by structural, emotional, and/or nutritional-what you are or are not putting in the body.  Health then occurs through supporting and balancing the body's systems.  It is this knowledge that has deeply affected my life which I would like to share with you.
