Welcome!

Drema Yoga is just that, Yoga as I know it.  It is a way of life.  Through much introspection and observation of what has helped me most, I have developed my own personal style of yoga. This includes the general understanding of yoga, as in a “yoga class,” as well as, nourishment to promote healing.

Drema Wellness is my Holistic Health Practice.  It is my approach at restoring the Body's natural state, as well as, maintaining the body's natural state of health.  First, through a series of investigations, I will identify the stress that your body is under. This stress could be caused by structural, emotional, and/or nutritional stress-what you are or are not consuming, digesting or assimilating in the body.  Next, we will work together to come up with a plan of action to support the body during it's time of stress and healing.   Balance and Health can then naturally occur.  

It is this knowledge that has deeply affected my life which I would like to share with you. 

 

Schedule for May is now posted.  

 My spring transition has begun.  I have finally decided to stop going to CT weekly.  I will be teaching yoga and practicing nutrition solely on Staten Island; For now.  When one door closes.......  I am interested to see where this transition takes me.  I made the initial change and now I dance the dance of, "I don't know, open to possibility."  Who knows, maybe we'll dance together soon.  Have a great month.
