Welcome!

Drema Yoga is just that, Yoga as I know it.  It is a way of life.  Through much introspection and observation of what has helped me most, I have developed my own personal style of yoga. This includes the general understanding of yoga, as in a “yoga class,” as well as, nourishment to promote healing.

Centered Wellness is my approach at restoring the Body's natural state, as well as, maintaining the body's natural state of health.  First, through a series of investigations, I will identify the stress your body is under. This stress could be caused by structural, emotional, and/or nutritional-what you are or are not putting in the body.  Next, we will work together to come up with a plan of action to support the body during this time of stress.   Health can then naturally occur.  

It is this knowledge that has deeply affected my life which I would like to share with you.

February is the month of the heart.  Take care to nurture this organ of yours.  It pumps each beat with your best interest in mind.  Breath life into the cavity that holds the heart for it is not only where the heart resides it is also a home for your hopes and dreams.    Let's let February inspire us to find the courage to live in our experience from a loving open spaciousness.  Happy Valentine's Day.
